Deputy Secretary
H S Rakhra, born on February 5, 1937, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch of the Punjab cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree and a graduate degree in Political Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Under Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Joint Director, Director, Joint Secretary, and Secretary. His most recent position was Deputy Secretary, held from July 1, 1992, to February 1, 1995.
