H.P.S. Sran, born on 27 July 1964, is a 2007 batch IAS officer of the A G M U T cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture and an MBA in Marketing from Punjab Agriculture University, Ludhiana. Currently serving as Secretary at New Delhi since 28 July 2022, he is associated with the Public Grievances Committee (PGC). Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Additional Inspector General, Secretary to Government, Special Secretary, Secretary, and Chief Vigilance Officer. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
