H Lalengmawia, born on 23 November 1965, is a 2005 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the A G M U T cadre. He holds an M.A. in Public Administration. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the Health and Family Welfare Department. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Commissioner & Secretary, Secretary, and Deputy Commissioner. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
