H K N Chhiber, born on 17 November 1951, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds postgraduate degrees in Science and Law (LL.B.). During his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, District Development Officer, Joint Secretary, and Joint Commissioner. His most recent position was Additional Commissioner at Gandhinagar, Gujarat, in the Department of Rural Development from August 2007 to November 2011.
