H K Khan, born on 15 August 1933, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1956 Gujarat cadre. A graduate in Economics, he held various key positions including Deputy Secretary, District Collector, Joint Secretary, Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Managing Director, Administrator, and Additional Secretary. His most recent role was Chief Secretary to the Government of Gujarat in the General Administration Department (Personnel) from 1 March 1990 to 1 February 1992. Throughout his career, he served in multiple capacities contributing to the administration of Gujarat state.
