H K Khan, born on 15 August 1933, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1956 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Deputy Secretary, District Collector, Assistant Collector, Joint Secretary, Secretary, Additional Secretary, Principal Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary, Managing Director, Administrator, and ultimately as Chief Secretary to the Government of Gujarat in the General Administration Department (Personnel) from 1 March 1990 to 1 February 1992. His extensive service reflects a broad administrative experience within the Gujarat state government.
