H. Arun Kumar, born on 15 June 1964, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2004 batch of the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.B.A. and has served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Secretary, Secretary to Commissioner, Joint Collector, and Secretary to Government. His most recent position was Commissioner & E/O Secretary in the Civil Supplies Department of Andhra Pradesh, from 12 September 2022 to 28 June 2024. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administration of Andhra Pradesh until his retirement.
