H A Badi, born on August 9, 1940, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Economics and a Diploma in Cooperation. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Additional Commissioner, Commissioner, Municipal Commissioner, District Development Officer, Additional Collector, Under Secretary, Member Secretary, and General Manager. His most recent position was Municipal Commissioner at Bhavnagar, Gujarat, from February 1, 1999, to August 31, 2000.
