Gyanesh Bharti, born on 31 December 1973, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1998 batch, serving in the A G M U T cadre. He holds a Graduate degree in Mathematics, an M.A. in Operation Research, and an M.B.A. in International Business from Delhi University. Currently, he is the Deputy Election Commissioner at the Election Commission of India, Delhi, a position he has held since 26 August 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various roles including Additional Secretary, Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Director, Secretary, Managing Director, Finance Secretary, Additional Commissioner, and Deputy Commissioner. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
