Gyanendra Kumar Gangwar, born on 12 October 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, Karnataka cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur. Currently, he serves as the Joint Managing Director at Bengaluru under the Karnataka Urban Water Supply and Drainage Board since 4 January 2024. His previous roles include Assistant Commissioner and Assistant Secretary. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
