Gyanaranjan Das, born on January 3, 1964, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2007 batch, serving in the Odisha cadre. He holds an M.A. degree from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. Currently, he is the Executive Director at the Orissa State Disaster Mitigation Authority (OSDMA), a position he has held since March 17, 2022. His past roles include serving as District Magistrate and District Collector. Mr. Das continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration and governance of Odisha.
