Gurudatta Hegde, born on April 12, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, Karnataka cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner in the Health and Family Welfare Department of Karnataka since January 1, 2026. Prior to this, he held the position of Deputy Commissioner. He is proficient in English and Kannada. Gurudatta Hegde continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
