Gurpreet Singh Khaira, born on 15 March 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2009 batch, Punjab cadre. He holds a B.A.M.S. degree and has served in various capacities including Director, Deputy Commissioner, Commissioner, and Special Secretary. Currently, he is the Secretary at Punjab in the Department of Justice, a position he has held since 20 August 2025. Mr. Khaira continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
