Gurpal Singh Chahal, born on 20 August 1961, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 Punjab cadre. He holds a B.Com. in Accountancy from Punjabi University, Patiala. During his service, he held positions including Director and Special Secretary. His most recent role was Additional Chief Executive Officer in the Law and Justice Department, serving from 31 July 2018 to 31 August 2021.
