Gurlovleen Singh, born on 29 March 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 batch of the Punjab cadre. Throughout his career, he held various positions including Junior Scale officer, Deputy Commissioner, and Director. His most recent role was as Director & Special Secretary in the Social Security, Women and Child Development Department, Punjab, commencing on 21 November 2018. Singh’s service reflects his commitment to administrative roles within the Punjab government until his retirement.
