Gurdeep Singh, born on December 4, 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Divisional Commissioner at Moradabad (2011–2020), Secretary, Principal Secretary, Director, Special Secretary, District Magistrate, Deputy Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Project Director, and Assistant Collector. His most recent role was Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department.
