Gul Bahadur, born on November 19, 1929, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Project Officer, Land Acquisition Officer, Junior Scale, and Personal Assistant. His most recent position was Deputy Secretary in the Urban Development Department from October 1, 1985, to November 30, 1987.
