Guha Poonam Tapas Kumar, born on 11 September 1980, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2008 batch, Odisha cadre. She holds a B.A. from Mumbai University, an M.A. in Politics (International Studies), and an M.B.A. from Sikkim Manipal University. Currently, she serves as the Commissioner-cum-Secretary of the Handlooms, Textiles and Handicrafts Department, Odisha, a position she has held since 22 January 2025. Previously, she was Special Secretary. She is proficient in Bengali and English and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
