Gudey Srinivas, born on August 10, 1966, is a 1990 batch IAS officer of the Odisha cadre. He holds a B.Tech and M.E. in Civil Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad, and completed a Management Programme in Public Policy at Bharti Institute of Public Policy. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, New Delhi (since September 1, 2023). His extensive career includes roles such as Additional Secretary, Principal Secretary to Government, Commissioner & Secretary, Revenue Divisional Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Director, District Collector and Magistrate, among others. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
