Gsrcv Prasad Rao, born on July 9, 1942, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree, an LL.B. in Law, and a postgraduate qualification. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Commissioner, Director, Managing Director, and Administrator. His most recent position was Secretary in the General Administration Department from June 1, 2000, to May 9, 2001.
