Dr. Govind Sharma, born on 12 February 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 Rajasthan cadre. Holding an M.B.B.S. degree in Medicine, he served in various capacities including Commissioner, Principal Secretary, Secretary of Finance, Nodal Officer, Managing Director, Inspector General, Special Secretary, Director, Deputy Secretary, Additional Collector, and Sub Collector. His most recent position was Principal Secretary at Jaipur, Rajasthan, beginning 29 February 2012, within the Department of Finance. Throughout his career, Dr. Sharma contributed to multiple administrative roles before retiring from service.
