Goutam Kumar Das, born on March 6, 1948, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch of the Odisha cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities including Additional Secretary, Director, Labour Commissioner, Registrar, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Handloom and Textile Department from August 18, 2007, to March 31, 2008. Throughout his career, Das contributed to multiple administrative roles within the government before retiring from service.
