Gouri S Dubey, born on July 1, 1940, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree and served in the Food and Civil Supplies Department. During his career, he held the position of Joint Director and later served as Additional Secretary from June 1, 1999, to June 30, 2000.
