Gopal Meena, born on July 1, 1977, is a 2007 batch IAS officer of the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.E. in Computers, an M.Tech. in Computer Technology, and an M.A. in English. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Bihar, since June 2, 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Sub-Divisional Officer, Deputy Development Commissioner and CEO, Director, Special Secretary, Additional Chief Electoral Officer, Labour Commissioner, District Collector and Magistrate, Managing Director, and Divisional Commissioner. He is proficient in English and remains in active service.
