Gopal Meena, born on July 1, 1977, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2007 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.E. in Computers, an M.Tech. in Computer Technology, and an M.A. in English. Currently, he is the Secretary to the Governor of Bihar. His previous roles include Secretary, Divisional Commissioner, Special Secretary, Additional Chief Electoral Officer, Labour Commissioner, Director, District Collector and Magistrate, Managing Director, Deputy Development Commissioner and CEO, and Sub-Divisional Officer. He is proficient in English and continues to serve in the IAS.
