Gopal Krishna Dwivedi, an IAS officer of the 1993 batch from Andhra Pradesh cadre, was born on 24/10/1964. He holds a B.A. from Gorakhpur University, LL.B. from Delhi University, and LL.M. from Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University. Currently serving as the Special Chief Secretary at the Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, he is proficient in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
