Gopal Krishna Dwivedi, born on 24 October 1964, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.A. from Gorakhpur University, an LL.B. from Delhi University, and an LL.M. from Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University. Currently, he serves as the Special Chief Secretary at Velagapudi in the Department of Agriculture and Cooperation since 8 May 2023. His previous roles include Principal Secretary to Government, Chief Electoral Officer, Joint Secretary, Private Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, Additional Secretary, and Joint Collector. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
