Gopal Krishan Singh, born on 17 June 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2001 Punjab cadre. He holds an M.A. in Political Science and a B.A. Honours degree. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Managing Director, Joint Development Commissioner, Under Secretary, and Special Secretary. His most recent position was Director in the Panchayat and Rural Development Department, from 3 August 2016 to 30 June 2017.
