Gopakumar, born on April 21, 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, Kerala cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree. Currently serving in the General Administration Department, he has been appointed as Deputy Secretary since March 19, 2022. Gopakumar continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Kerala through his role in the state government.
