Gobinda C Ghosh, born on 19 May 1939, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, West Bengal cadre. He served in the Home Department, holding the position of Joint Secretary from 1 September 1993 to 31 May 1997. Prior to this, he was Additional Executive Officer. Throughout his career, he contributed to various administrative roles within the government.
