Glverma, born on July 7, 1943, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1987 batch, Rajasthan cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree and has served in various capacities including Under Secretary and Deputy Secretary. His most recent position was Special Secretary at Rajasthan in the Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries Department from January 1, 2003, to July 31, 2003.
