Glverma, born on July 7, 1943, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1987 batch, Rajasthan cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree and has served in various capacities including Under Secretary and multiple terms as Deputy Secretary. His most recent position was Special Secretary at Rajasthan in the Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries Department from January 1, 2003, to July 31, 2003. Throughout his career, Glverma contributed to the administrative functions of the Rajasthan government before retiring from service.
