Gitte Madhav Vitthalrao, born on January 5, 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2020 batch, serving in the Karnataka cadre. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Zilla Panchayat, Davanagere, Karnataka, a position he has held since June 18, 2025. Prior to this role, he served as General Manager. Proficient in Hindi and Kannada, Gitte Madhav Vitthalrao continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
