Gitte Kirankumar Dinkarrao, born on September 5, 1975, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 batch, Tripura cadre. He holds a B.E. from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, and an M.A. from IGNOU, Delhi. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the Public Works (R and B) Department, Tripura. His past roles include Secretary, Joint Secretary, Special Secretary, Metropolitan Commissioner, District Collector and Magistrate, Project Director, CEO, SDM, and Assistant Collector. He received the Best Collector Award for 2015-16 in Maharashtra and the Prime Minister's Award for Excellence in Administration
