Giriwar Dayal Singh, born on October 3, 1979, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 Bihar cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner at Tirhut Division (Muzaffarpur), Bihar, a position he has held since December 30, 2025. Previously, he was the Secretary of the Sugarcane Commissionerate. Singh is proficient in English and Hindi. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Bihar.
