Girisha P S, born on 10 December 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture from the University of Agriculture Bangalore. Currently, he serves as Director (Finance) at the Central Silk Board, Bengaluru, under the Ministry of Textiles since 5 January 2026. Previously, he held the position of Vice Chairman & Managing Director. Girisha is proficient in English, Kannada, and Telugu. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
