Special Secretary, Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department
Girish Chandra Pandey, born on 16 July 1947, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree and served in various capacities including District Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, Special Secretary Director, and Special Secretary. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department from 28 March 2006 to 31 July 2007. Throughout his career, he contributed to administrative functions within the Uttar Pradesh cadre before retiring from service.
