Gedian Namchu, born on 12 July 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 batch of the West Bengal cadre. A graduate by education, he has held various positions including Deputy Secretary, Special Secretary, Additional District Magistrate, and Managing Director. His most recent role was Managing Director of the State Co-operative Dairy Fed. Ltd, serving from 1 January 2011 to 31 July 2013. Throughout his career, Gedian Namchu contributed to the administrative framework of West Bengal before retiring from service.
