GD P D Singh, born on May 1, 1941, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 Bihar cadre. A graduate by education, he served in the Department of Co-Operative Societies. Throughout his career, he held positions including Director and Additional Director. His most recent role was Director of the Department of Co-Operative Societies, from October 1, 1999, to May 31, 2001.
