Gavhane Navnath Kondiba, born on 15 July 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 Gujarat cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. in Anatomy from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences. Currently serving as the Municipal Commissioner at Surendranagar since 7 January 2025, he has held various positions including District Development Officer, Managing Director, Additional Rural Development Commissioner, Chief Personnel Officer, Assistant Secretary, and Assistant Collector. Fluent in Gujarati, Gavhane continues his service in the Municipal Corporation department.
