Gautam Goswami, born on 23 July 1965, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1991 Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Medicine. During his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Additional Commissioner, Deputy Development Commissioner, and Joint Secretary. His most recent designation was "Posting Awaited" from 12 December 2008 to 6 January 2009. At one point, he was under suspension. Mr. Goswami's service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the Bihar cadre.
