He holds an M.B.B.S. from Punjab University, Chandigarh, an M.A. from IGNOU Delhi, and a Diploma from IGNOU Delhi. Currently serving as the Resident Commissioner at Telangana Bhavan in the General Administration Department, he is proficient in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Telugu.
