Gaurav Singh Sogarwal, born on 27 March 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth Pune and an M.A. in Public Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Municipal Commissioner at Gorakhpur, a position he has held since 22 February 2023. His previous roles include Assistant Collector and Magistrate. He is actively serving in the Municipal Corporation department.
