Gaurav Kumar, born on November 10, 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2022 batch, assigned to the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree and has served as Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM). Currently, he is the Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer (DDC-cum-CEO) at Saharsa, Bihar, within the Zila Parishad department, a position he has held since January 12, 2026. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
