Gaurav Kumar, born on November 10, 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2022 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree and has previously served as Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM). Currently, he is the District Development Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer (DDC-cum-CEO) at Saharsa, Bihar, a position he has held since January 12, 2026. He is actively serving in the Zila Parishad department.
