Gaurav Kumar, born on January 17, 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2022 batch, assigned to the Bihar cadre. He holds a Master’s degree in Geography. Currently, he serves as the DDC-cum-CEO at Gopalganj, Bihar, within the Zila Parishad department, a position he has held since January 12, 2026. Prior to this role, he worked as a Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM). Gaurav Kumar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
