Garima Yadav, born on March 4, 1970, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2014 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds an M.A. and Ph.D. in Geography from Agra University. Currently, she serves as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, New Delhi, since December 20, 2025. Her past roles include Trainee Deputy Collector, Special Secretary, Member, Joint Commissioner, Secretary, Deputy Director, Deputy Collector, Deputy Collector/SDM, Officer on Special Duty, Project Director, and Additional Director. She is actively serving in the IAS.
