Garima Panwar, born on 27 September 1993, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2018 batch, serving in the Karnataka cadre. She holds an M.A. in Women Studies from Indira Gandhi National Open University, Delhi. Currently, she is the Managing Director of the Karnataka Handlooms Development Corporation in Bengaluru, a position she has held since 18 June 2025. Ms. Panwar continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration and development within her cadre.
