Garima Gupta, born on January 14, 1981, is a distinguished IAS officer from the 2004 batch of the AGMUT cadre. Currently serving as the Chief Electoral Officer in Mizoram, she holds a B.A. in English Literature. Throughout her career, she has held various significant positions including Commissioner & Secretary, Resident Commissioner, and Managing Director. She has been recognized with the Award of Excellence for Best Non-motorised Transport Street of India and has contributed to policy-making during the Mid-Career Training Programme at LBSNAA, Mussoorie. Garima is proficient in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
