Garima Gupta, born on January 14, 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2004 batch, AGMUT cadre. She holds a B.A. in English Literature. Currently, she serves as Commissioner & Secretary in the Commerce and Industries Department, Mizoram, since September 8, 2025. Throughout her career, she has held various positions including Resident Commissioner, Secretary to Government, Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Special Secretary, Director, Under Secretary, Joint Director, and Sub-Divisional Magistrate. She received the Award of Excellence for Best Non-motorised Transport Street of India at the 14th Urban Mobility India Conference in 2021 and completed policy-making training at LBSNAA
