Gangadhar Das, born on September 4, 1933, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 Odisha cadre. He holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in History. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Deputy Secretary, Additional District Magistrate, Project Director, Deputy Commissioner, Director, Secretary, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Joint Secretary in the Finance Department from November 1, 1990, to September 1, 1991.
