Ganga Ram Aloria, born on July 6, 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 Gujarat cadre. He holds an LL.B. in Law and is a graduate in Hindi. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Principal Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary, Joint Managing Director, Commissioner, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Municipal Commissioner, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, General Manager, Additional Development Commissioner, District Collector and Magistrate, and District Development Officer. His most recent position was Chief Secretary to the Government of Gujarat in the General Administration Department from May 31, 2015, to July 31, 2016.
