Ganeswar Jena, born on January 23, 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, Odisha cadre. He holds an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Political Science. Currently, he serves as the Additional Secretary at the A & FE Department, Odisha, a position he has held since January 7, 2025. Previously, he has held the position of Managing Director. Ganeswar Jena continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
