Gandharva Rathore, born on 13 September 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, assigned to the Himachal Pradesh cadre. She is currently serving as the Deputy Commissioner (DC) at Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, in the Department of Revenue since 13 January 2026. Prior to this role, she held the position of Special Secretary. Rathore continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration and governance of Himachal Pradesh.
