Gandam Chandrudu, born on 14 June 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2010 Andhra Pradesh cadre. Currently serving as Additional Secretary to Government in the Department of Labour, Factories, Boilers and Insurance Medical Services since 11 November 2024, he holds an M.A. in Public Policy from IGNOU, a Master of Public Administration in Decision Making Leadership from Harvard University, and a B.A. from IGNOU Delhi. His past roles include Director, Special Secretary, Collector & District Magistrate, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Joint Collector & Additional District Magistrate, Additional Commissioner, Project Director, and Sub Collector. He is proficient in English and Telugu.
