Gaggandip Singh Brar, born on June 13, 1965, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2004 batch, Punjab cadre. He holds an M.A. and an M.B.A. Currently serving as Secretary of the Freedom Fighters Department since May 21, 2023, Brar has previously held positions including Secretary and Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister. He is an experienced administrator actively serving in the IAS.
